Learn to Collage the Laura Heine Way with Darlene Mossman

Join Darlene, a certified Laura Heine instructor as she teaches you
the art of collage quilting. Create a bright and cheerful mini quilt with Teeny Tiny Collage #5 pattern collection. The pattern includes the Sewing Machine, the Pin Cushion, and the Dress Form. Each collage quilt finishes at 16” x 20”.
Each student will need to pre-order the Teeny Tiny #5 pattern and fabric kit (payable at the workshop). The kit includes fabric for any one of the three patterns (Dress Form, Pin Cushion, or Sewing Machine) (excluding binding and backing).

Supply List
- Applique fuse matte 17 x 24 (not smaller) – Gypsy Fuse mat or Laura Heine Collage Mat – must be see through (Darlene will have these for sale for the workshop)
- Serrated scissors (Laoura Heine Collage Scissors or Karen Kay Buckley Blue handle scissors (Darlene will have both the blue & green handle KKB for sale at the workshop)
- Rotary Cutter
- Ruler – 3” x 12” minimum
- Small cutting mat – 12” x 12” minimum
- Small personal iron – not the shovel iron
- Wool mat – helpful to bring
- Teflon sheet (one of these comes with the Laura Heine Collage Mat)
- #2 pencil
- Sewtites magnets – optional but very helpful
- Tweezers
- 3 yards of 12” wide Steam-A-Seam 2 – not Steam-a-Seam Lite or any other product
- A 19” x 23” piece of Pattern Ease or Pellon 830. Darlene will be selling Steam-A-Seam, Pellon 830
