Although the name of the pattern in New York Lattice, I took a trip to Tennessee to visit my friend Denise and attend Paducah Quilt Week 2026. To remember our time together this is our annual quilt project, we always sew the last two days together.

Loved this quilt when I saw it at One Sister quilt shop in Reardan, so I bought the kit! Log Cabin is one of my favorite blocks and add the scrappy Ohio Stars that appear magically its perfect. The design uses Janet's crazy piecing technique.

A fun mystery BOM sew along with Corey Yoder in 2025. I used a fat quarter bundle of Beach Road by Jen Kingwell that I had purchased in 2018 and plain white muslin. I love this fabric line and the result when used in this sampler.

Spokane Valley Quilt Guild 2027 Raffle Quilt made by Mary Myers, Ethel Schuerman, Edna Camp, Cathy Boysen, Chandra Burghart, Chris Diebel and Kim Mitchell.
I fell in love with this fabric and then found the pattern. I wanted to make something with the iridescence of Japanese beetles. I quilted it with computer aided custom placed designs. I had to design the motif for the head and eyes myself.
WSQ Basket Challenge quilt. This is my second year doing this challenge. I am having fun and learning a lot along the way.
Created while I was a artist in residence on Vashon Island, WA., I gave myself a few parameters: the color choice, to study line and discover the shapes that came out of that exploration with the question could line be dynamic? Designed on the wall.
I love the bright and bold fabric used in this quilt! Foundation paper pieced and a bit time consuming but also very satisfying. Both the pattern and fabric are designed by Sassafras Lane Designs.
