I made a similar quilt for my grandsons' 10th birthday. A black/white Springer Spaniel, his best friend. Over the years the tied quilt became well worn, this new one has some of the same fabric. Ruger passed away after Xmas, so a new one is in order

This is a Patriotic quilt celebrating America"s 250 yrs! We used the Northcott America 250 line of fabric. Blocks were fussy cut from the toile and the Founders fabric. We used the Ophelia Tiles quilt pattern. Members supplied the red and blue fabric

I'm real keen on orange quilts. They seem warmer, don't you think? This is a pattern I had laying around for years. I think I won it as a door prize. It was fun and easy and I was very pleased with Carla's quilting.

Using Tara Faughnan's "Galactic" quilt pattern and striped batik fabric, I created this 60 degree log cabin design where the colors flow from one block to the next. I wanted the quilting to disappear on the top but "pop" against the black backing.

Celebrating 10 years if INMOD, the group that inspires others to create.

This quilt was a cascade of events. I love dragonflies and collect dragonfly fabric. I first found the book, One-Block Wonder Panel Quilts. Then I found this panel. Then it all sat for 2 yrs. before I started it with a friend at a retreat last Fall.

I have always been drawn to miniature quilts. I used foundation paper piecing to put this quilt together, choosing bright colors. The embellishments were a fun addition. I have completed nearly a half dozen miniature quilts.

The central motif is a lone star with subsequent borders pieced, embroidered, applique anda braided border using Flynn technique. This quilt was a semi-finalist at AQS New England Quilt Week 2026
