Over her forty years of quilting she made hundreds of quilts. She tied quilts for charity at the Spokane Interstate Fair and at the Washington State Quilt show, made Christmas stockings for charity, and sewed quilt tops for donations to Veterans. She always looked forward to going to her Tuesday Thimbles meeting with her “quilt sisters” sharing what projects everyone was working on and having good conversation.

From a young age, a spirit of service was instilled in WSQ’s Charity Central Chair, Sheryl Anderson. A true ‘Valley Girl’, Sheryl spent most of her life with a view of Mica Peak.
